Workshops That Go Deeper
These workshops create safe, supportive spaces for individuals and teams to reset, regulate, and reconnect — going beyond surface-level fixes to practices that truly shift the nervous system.

Parts Masterclass | Six Part Series
📍 The Quiet House, Coogee
~ Join me for a somatic exploration of Internal Family Systems (IFS) ~
What does it really mean to accept — and even love — all parts of yourself? Not just the confident or “together” parts, but also the ones that hold you back, keep you stuck, or replay old cycles?
That’s exactly what we’ll explore together. Think of it as group therapy meets yoga — a space where you’ll learn practical skills to meet your inner world with curiosity and compassion, guided by a trained professional in a safe, supportive container.
Each week, we’ll explore a new theme that weaves together the wisdom of psychotherapy, somatic experiencing and yoga philosophy through movement, experiential interventions, and reflection.
✨ This journey unfolds as two connected 3-week series:
Lower Chakras / Parts: 30 Oct, 6 Nov, 13 Nov
Upper Chakras / Parts: 27 Nov, 4 Dec, 11 Dec
Get ready to meet all of you. Over six sessions, you’ll be invited to gently reconnect with specific parts of your body and discover how to harmonise what's within.
No experience is needed — just bring yourself. Mats and props are provided.
Pricing: $29 first timer | $35 casual | $80 three-class pack
