This isn’t about fixing what’s broken — it’s about creating space for what’s already there.

We gently slow down, listen to your nervous system, and begin to notice what’s happening beneath the surface — where words alone can’t reach. Through compassionate presence and trauma-informed practice, we make space for you to move from survival strategies into deeper self-trust, connection, and choice.

Whether you're in a moment of transition, burnout, grief, or growth — this is a space to come home to your body and be met exactly where you are.

Session Options

Sessions can run anywhere between 60-90 minutes. Most sessions are held online via zoom.

Single Session

for targeted support or integration after other healing work

Six Session Series

for focused exploration of a theme or transition

Ongoing coaching

for long-term nervous system repair, capacity building, and transformation

Tools we might use

Every session is tailored to you. That said, I draw from a range of evidence-based, body-based practices, including:

  • Hakomi – a mindfulness-centered, body-based approach to uncover unconscious beliefs through somatic awareness

  • Somatic Experiencing® – a gentle method for releasing trauma and stored survival responses in the nervous system

  • Parts Work (Inner Child & Subpersonalities) – to connect with the inner voices, protectors, and exiled parts that shape your patterns

  • Polyvagal Theory & Nervous System Mapping – to help you understand and work with your window of tolerance
