And I know how disheartening it feels when you’ve already tried the tools, the therapy, the yoga, the mindfulness — and yet, your nervous system still feels like it’s in overdrive.

Hey there, I’m Alanna

My purpose here on earth is to help you create a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

I’m a certified Somatic Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Psychotherapist-in-Training, blending neuroscience, body-based practices, and emotional awareness to help women find a calmer, more sustainable way to succeed.

It’s my mission to help ambitious women break free from overwhelm and guilt so they can reclaim their energy and focus so they can excel at work, thrive at home, and actually enjoy the life they’ve worked so hard to create, all without burning out in the process.

HERE’S MY STORY

For years, I was the woman who did it all.
The one who looked calm on the outside but was quietly running on adrenaline underneath.

I built a meaningful career in Change Management, said yes to every opportunity, and was constantly striving to grow — but no matter how much I achieved, something always felt out of reach.

I was busy taking care of everyone else, including my mum and sister who suffered from terminal illnesses. I was constantly pushing through stress and exhaustion, convincing myself I was fine. That if I just got to the next stage, I’d finally feel fulfilled, happy.

Then my mother and sister passed away.

That was a turning point in my career and myself.

I packed it in, quit my job, and travelled, searching for how I could have it all, without sacrificing myself in the process. I started training in Somatic Coaching and psychology. And what began as a search for balance became a deep exploration of how the body holds emotion, stress, and unprocessed experience — and how profound change healing can happen when we finally slow down enough to listen.

Through somatic coaching, psychotherapy training, and the integration of yoga, mindfulness, and nervous-system science, I discovered what real success feels like: not just doing more, but being more.

Now, I help other women find that same transformation - from chaos to clarity, from burnout to balance, from pressure to presence.

Because when we learn to lead from within, everything changes.
