Hey there — I’m Alanna La Cioppa, a certified Somatic Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Psychotherapist-in-Training helping ambitious women break free from burnout and create success that feels calm, clear, and sustainable.

I help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, regulate your nervous system, and lead your life from presence instead of pressure — so you can thrive in your career and actually enjoy the life you’ve built.

Before this work, I spent years overachieving — juggling corporate deadlines, caregiving, and constant self-improvement — all while feeling quietly disconnected from myself. My body was exhausted, my mind was always “on,” and no amount of productivity could fix the feeling that I was running on empty.

Learning to work with my nervous system instead of against it changed everything. It restored my energy, my focus, and my sense of self.

Now, I bring that same integration of psychology, somatics, and mindfulness to women who are ready to find their rhythm again — to redefine success as something that feels grounded, joyful, and alive.
